That's why there's been no new art lately... too much flying o_O But I've gotten to see family I haven't seen in years so I guess it was worth it. I guess. I REALLY hate flying. But now I feel like I can dig in for the winter and get back to working on my comics ^-^

So, comics! I'm starting up my online manga (webcomic, whatever) Picatrix on October 1st after a five month hiatus. I hit the pause button to work on a big commission that took the whole summer to complete. Holy cats, though.... 210 pages in five months! It's like I blinked and the summer was gone o_O Oh, happy autumn, by the way. My favorite season ^-^

Arrrrr, I'm so disorganized. I'm trying to do without coffee today, trying to cut back. It's not going so well. Aaaanyway, I was talking about Picatrix. I'm changing the way I approach the comic, cutting the update schedule back from MWF to TTH. I was going through the comic a couple of months ago, looking for pages I could include in a portfolio I've put together to bring along to conventions and I found one page I felt comfortable including. Out of the whole series. One page. Damn. Everything else needs, at very least, heavy editing. So I've decided to drop down to two pages a week, focus on doing those two pages well and use the extra time to revise existing pages. Which I will then be posting here at DA ^-^

So that's Picatrix. As for the big summer commission thingy, that's a comic called Sylverwood and it'll be debuting this month over at Wirepop ^-^ I'm really happy to have found a good place for it online. Wirepop is a subscription site but the first chapter is going to be free and then each new page after is free to read until the next new page comes up. So I'll get the link to that up as soon as the site goes live ^-^

What else... hmmmm... I need to clear out and organize my DA account. What a mess ^-^; I deleted off my old journals because they reminded me of the time when I was having panic attacks and was just generally miserable and I didn't want to be reminded of it. And I wanted a fresh start ^-^ So... hmmmm... yeah....

Oh, is anyone going to MCAD's Schoolgirls and Mobile Suits this weekend? I'm going but I don't know anybody there ;_; Anybody?
